7128-64-5 Optical Brightener OB for Plastic

This product is dedicated to the fluorescent whitening of cotton fabric, as well as nylon, blend fabric of cotton/ hemp and cotton/nylon. Get excellent whitening fastness and brightness.

1. Whitening for cotton products can be used for whitening and brightening in high or medium class bleached Cotton Yarn, cotton knitted fabric, cotton, franneru, printed cotton etc. General amount is 0.5-2%, liquor ratio 1:15-50.

2. Can be used for bleaching of a high percentage content of cotton in T/C fabric, the amount is base on the proportion of T/C fabric and brightness requirement.

3. Can be used for viscose fiber, viscose fiber cloth, rayon fabric whitening. The general amount is 0.1-0.5%.

4. Apply to Nylon, polyvinyl alcohol products, such as knitted fabrics, socks, scarves, etc. The generally amount is 0.1-0.5%.

Optical brightener OB (FBA 184) is a yellow-green crystalline substance that is insoluble in water and has stable performance. Its maximum absorption spectrum wavelength is 374nm, and it has strong fluorescence with an emission wavelength of 434nm. High whitening intensity with strong fluorescence. Mostly used in the brightening the products of synthetic fiber and plastics, it is widely used in plastic film, material of lamination moulding and injection moulding as well as preferable brightening efficiency on polyolefin, PVC, PVC foaming, TPR, EVA and PU foaming together with coating, natural lacquer, etc. It also has specially good effect on foaming plastics, especially EVA, PE foaming.
